    “Sehr nahe am Strand. Super Aussenküche ,die Küche im Haus haben wir nie benützt.

    Eigener Strandzugang der immer ziemlich leer war.

    Werden wir sicher wieder mal buchen.”

    “Ausstattung: vollkommen ok, nicht die neuesten Möbel aber Zustand gut, keine kaputten Sachen, ausreichend Sitz und Platzmöglichkeiten, ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden.
    Nachteil: sehr enge Einfahrt zum Parken in den Vorhof, zwar Platz für 4 Autos, aber man sollte sein Auto kennen und ohne Rangieren der anderen Autos kann man nicht ohne weiteres wieder rausfahren.
    sehr nette Vermieter. Gleich zur Stelle, hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Bekamen auf Anfrage noch weitere Schlüssel, kümmerten sich um Licht/Strom..., bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Slibowitz (und zum Abschied) und durften die auf dem Gelände wachsenden Früchte essen wenn wir wollten. Zimmer relativ klein und etwas eng, aber für einen Strandurlaub, wo man sich in der Regel nur zum Schlafen auf dem Zimmer befindet, völlig in Ordnung.

    Lage: zwischen Peroj und Meer am Ende einer Schotterstraße. Entfernung zum Meer knapp 100 m mit privatem Zugang. Weg in den Ort weiter, ungefähr 15 Min. Fußweg erst über einen Schotterweg und dann bergauf.

    Preis: aus unserer Sicht für die beginnende Nebensaison angemessen.

    Sauberkeit: gegeben. Mietern sollte aber bewusst sein, dass in der 'Kelleretage' und dem Außenbadezimmer Tierchen (kleine Skorpione, Tausendfüßler, Weberknechte) sein können.”
