Holiday villa with separate apartments, open all year, with a private beach and many services

This holiday villa in Balestrate is just a few steps from the sea, in the centre of the Gulf of Castellammare. The house boasts its own beach 50 metres away and offers its guests fully-equipped and furnished apartments in any season for long or short stays.

It consists of 4 very comfortable apartments for 4 or 5 people. The apartments are of different sizes and comprise two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly free of charge and daily cleaning is possible on request. Some apartments have a balcony or a veranda. All offer peace and quiet for guests, whilst at the same time being close to the sea and many recreational facilities.

Guests can make use of a full beach service with a canopy beach chair, parasols and a beach tennis/volleyball court. The accommodation also has its own restaurant and plenty of secure parking spaces. Other services: washing machine, free luggage storage, smoking area, babysitter service, bicycle rental, boat rental (with or without driver), transfers to/from the airport on request (supplementary charge). If you would like to sample typical dishes, you can go shopping and someone will cook for you. You can also make use of the free shuttle service (in the area).

You can find various restaurants, bars and night clubs along the beach promenade. The centre and grocery shops are about 500 metres from the holiday apartment. It is an excellent location for exploring all the major tourist destinations in the west of Sicily: Castellammare del Golfo, Riserva dello Zingaro nature reserve, Segesta, Erice, Monreale, Palermo. The personnel a the house will be happy to advise with planning. Palermo-Punta Raisi airport is a 30-minute drive from the accommodation. Balestrate train station is a five-minute walk away. It is a 20-minute drive to the Castellammare del Golfo golf course.

This holiday apartment is very close to the beach.

The apartment of around 65m² has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a bedroom with a loft bed (80 x 190cm) and a single bed (80 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower, a living room and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

In the outside area there is a veranda furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining. A car parking space is available.

    “In nicht einmal einer Minuten ist man am Strand, das Meer ist unglaublich schön und der Strand sauber. Sonnenschirm und Liegen für die Mieter reserviert. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend von der Größe her, sauber, sowie modern und hat einen schönen, überdachten Balkon. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, bescheiden und großzügig. Sie führen direkt nebenan eine tolle kleine Pizzeria, sind so auch immer erreichbar. Größere Städte sind mit Auto in kleinem Umkreis und gut erreichbar. Dort hat man Erholung aber auch Shoppingmöglichkeiten in den Nachbarstädten wenn man möchte, genügend Orte erreichbar mit Toursitenangeboten - perfekt. Der Vermieter hat eine Ape und fährt auf Wunsch die Besucher durch die Stadt, sehr schön! (Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern hier) Positiv: Die Lage, die Gastfreundschaft Negativ: Küchenutensilien könnten umfangreichender sein Restaurant: Pizzeria Lo Squalo - Die Pizzeria befindet sich direkt neben den Ferienwohnungen, die Pizza ist sehr lecker, ebenso die Pommes. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und das Essen war schnell da. Preise sind absolut in Ordnung, nicht sehr teuer. Ausflüge: Castellamare del Golfo - Die Stadt ist super schön und wirklich von Herzen empfehlenswert. Hier gibt es Unternehmungen für Touristen aber auch so schöne Orte, die man sich anschauen kann. Eine sehr saubere Stadt. Wir waren auf einer Art Kirmes, perfekt für Kinder. Hier gibt es für jeden was.”

    “Alles was zeer netjes., bedden waren opgemaakt met handoek op rol, op ieder bed.
    Keurig schoon.
    Eigenaar erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam!
    Accommodatie is zeker aan te raden.”

    “An- und Abreise, samt Schlüsselübergabe liefen absolut unkompliziert. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Dazu waren sie IMMER offen für Fragen, überaus freundlich und boten dazu noch verschiedene Aktionen und Aktivitäten an. Moderne Wohnungs-Einrichtung mittlerer Qualität, Lage ca. 20 m. zum Strand, Schirm und Liegen wurden bereitgestellt. Zwischen Sandstrand und Meer befindet sich ein kurzer Kiesel- und Stein-Abschnitt, der aber mit Badeschuhen gut begehbar ist. Auch schwimmen ist gut möglich. Der von Einheimischen hauptsächlich am Wochenende besuchte Strandabschnitt war unter der Woche fast menschenleer. Am Wochenende ab Abends am Strand viel Betrieb. Direkt vor Ort befindet sich ein Restaurant.
    Badeschuhe und Mietwagen von Vorteil!”

    “Ordentliches und sauberes Objekt. War alles da und der Vermieter war ein TOP Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder und ich werde auf jeden Fall das Objekt weiter empfehlen.

    Der Strand mit Steine war wirklich super nah leider wurde dies (Strand mit Steine) nicht so angegeben auf der Homepage. Wir bevorzugen nur Sandstrand und mussten mit dem Auto zum nächsten Sandstrand fahren. Trotz allem war das Wasser sauber.

    Parkplatz im Hof vorhanden, sowie eine Pizzeria vom Besitzer selbst geführt. Das Essen dort war sehr lecker und es gab immer ein freundliches Ambiente.

    Für die Innenstadt (Einkaufen, Piazza, Bars...) war lt. Homepage 500 m zu Fuß angegeben, war allerdings deutlich mehr. Gab zwar eine Abkürzung aber nicht beleuchtet, d. h. abends nicht nutzbar. Wir haben uns daher mit dem Auto bewegt.”
