Modern holiday flat with bright furnishings from two near the old town of Málaga

This 50 m², bright holiday flat is located on the third floor of a five storey apartment building with elevator in the popular Victoria neighbourhood. The building was built in 2014 and is equipped with high end furnishings. It is only a few minutes' walk to the old town of Malaga, making this an ideal property for a city trip.

The interior of the apartment is modern and light in colour. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90m) and a built in closet and the adjacent bathroom has a shower tub, a sink, a toilet and a hair dryer. A small hallway grants access to the modernly furnished living room with a sofa, a flat screen television with a USB connection and a small dining table. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a blender, a juicer, a toaster and a washing machine and iron. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating and free Wi-Fi. Towels and bedding are supplied.

Parking is available about 500 meters from the property. There is also a metered, public parking area (400 meters).

The neighbourhood Victoria offers everything for your daily needs in a 500 meter perimeter. There is a large shopping street with various shops, supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stalls, a pharmacy, a bakery and a butcher, as well as restaurants and cafes. Everything is accessible within a ten minute walk, making public transport obsolete. Nonetheless, you have access to five bus lines, servicing the station, the Almeda Principal, the harbour and the beach walk.

    “Mieszkanie bardzo ladne i czyste - nowe budownictwo. Meble i wyposazenie nowe i raczej nowoczesne. Na starówke jest prosta droga i dosc blisko. Spacerkiem ok 10 minut. Dobry dojazd autobusowy do centrum, na dworzec PKP, na lotnisko. Komunikacja z wlascicielem i instrukcja jak pobrac klucze oraz jak dotrzec do apartamentu rewelacja. Nastepnym razem tez skorzystamy z tej oferty.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung entspricht genau den Bildern, wie im Katalog abgebildet. Sie liegt zentral im lebhaften Viertel Victoria an einer recht lebhaften Straße. Da die Wohnung jedoch alle Fenster in einen Innenhof führen ist sie komplett ruhig. Genau auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt ein kleinerer Supermarkt zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist modern ausgestattet, alle notwendigen Küchengeräte sind vorhanden (leider kein Backofen). Da die wunderschöne Altstadt sowie die Placa de Merced in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichen sind, haben wir allerdings vorgezogen, die fantastischen Tapasmöglichkeiten der Stadt zu genießen. Auch die wunderschönen Strände der Stadt sind sogar gut zu Fuß oder per Bus zu erreichen, da auch eine Bushaltestelle in 200 m vor der Tür liegt.

    Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen und einen entspannten Städtereisetrip am Meer. Carlos und seine Frau sind sehr behilflich und freundlich. Beide sprechen gut englisch.”
