The kitchen unit is furnished with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a washing machine and a kettle. The separate, 18 m² bedroom is to the left of the kitchen and is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which is to the right of the kitchen, boasts a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. A special feature of this property is the Microbus, which shuttles you from the house to the ocean on weekdays. The owners live upstairs in the penthouse and are available should any questions arise.
It is about 1.3 kilometres to the motorway, which connects you to all the Andalusian sights. The nearest nightlife and shops and the beach Pedragalejo can be found about 3 km from the property. It is only 700 meters to a restaurant. It is eleven kilometres to Malaga, where the harbour and the cathedral are definitely worth a visit.
There are several outdoor areas, including the 18 m² covered terrace and a patio. The apartment also has a beautiful, small garden. It is about 25 m² and faces east. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture and grants ocean views behind the palm trees. During hot summer days, it is a great spot, while during spring and fall our guests prefer the garden.
