This vacation home with adjoining small tower in typical Umbrian style is located near Monte Umbertide and only 37 km from Lake Trasimeno and 45 km from Perugia.

The property is located on a hill in a beautiful panoramic position and offers a pool, jacuzzi, large covered terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, barbecue and stone oven and multi-field (mini soccer / tennis). From the terrace and the pool below you can enjoy a very beautiful view over the valley. The main house is divided into three independent apartments and is located on a plot of 10,000 m² of forest land, which invites you to take beautiful walks. Mosquito nets on all windows, WiFi zone, parking on the property.

The location of your vacation home is convenient to reach the main cities of the Umbria region and Tuscany. Access to the house is via 1.8 km of gravel road. Excursions: Città di Castello 18 km, Lake Trasimeno and Cortona 37 km, Gubbio 41 km, Perugia 45 km. Check-out until 09 am.
