    “Einfach, aber vollständig eingerichtetes Einraumapartment mit schönem Balkon. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Gute Lage. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite, deutsche Vermieterin, die im Haus wohnt und jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Luftlinie ca. 50 m und zu Fuß ca. 200 m zum Strand, kleiner Supermarkt in ca. 100 m Entfernung. Der Strandabschnitt (Kiesbucht mit klarem Wasser) ist eigentlich sehr nett, jetzt in der Hochsaison ist der Strand allerdings sehr voll, es gibt kaum noch freie Liegeflächen und es werden auch die Wege als Liegeflächen genutzt. Viele Familien mit Kinder. Liegen und Sonnenschirme gibt es gegen Gebühr, wenn man morgens rechtzeitig kommt, oder abends reserviert (60 bis 80 Kuna pro Tag).

    Allerdings ist meiner Meinung nach der Preis, den wir bezahlen mussten, nicht gerechtfertigt! Die Vermieterin verlangt, wenn wir privat bei ihr gebucht hätten, nicht einmal 80% des Reisepreises, den wir über Ullitravel/Atraveo bezahlt haben. Und genau diesen Anteil, also weniger als 80% bekommt Sie auch nur von der Vermittlungsagentur. Der Rest ist wohl die "Vermittlungsgebühr". Mir ist schon klar, dass die Vermittlungsagenturen auch von was leben müssen, aber mehr als 20% Aufschlag finde ich zu viel!!”

Strandabschnitt (Kiesbucht mit wunderbarem klarem Wasser) sehr nett - Liegen und Schirme gegen Gebühr, viele Familien mit Kindern, nette Strandtaverne - äußerst gepflegt und sauber, auch die WCs.
