Lovely apartment, great location, gardens, beach and wifi

LOVELY VIEWS, great gardens, centrally situated in Elviria within walking distance of many shops, banks, 15 restaurants and less than 15 minutes walk to some of Marbella´s best beaches, etc.

This gorgeous bright apartment is located in a very beautiful and sought after community of Elviria del Sol, centrally located in popular Elviria. The medium pool is open throughout the year, and heated in cooler months.

Fully fitted kitchen, large lounge with great views, satellite TV, terrace with dining suite,, beautiful finishings, marble floors, washing machine, induction cooking, coffee maker, ornamental fireplace, and central ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling... everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay.

The complex has , very beautiful gardens, a pool side restaurant, large swimming pools (one of them with heated water for winter) with sun lounges to sun bathe all year round, a barbecue zone, meeting rooms, free internet WIFI, tennis courts and all you need to enjoy your holidays.

Seemingly endless GOLDEN BEACH can be reached on foot within 15 minutes, where you can laze at a chiringuito all year round, swim or sun bake almost all year.

Elviria is a lively community with lots of restaurant and supermarket options reachable on foot.

A wonderful situation for the golfer, tourer or the sun seeker.

Various buses can take you to Marbella or Fuengirola where you can connect to other towns and cities.

The apartment is about 10-15 minutes drive to Marbella historical town centre and the main pedestrian beach prominade. It is even quicker to La Cañada shopping centre where you will find many international designers and everything you could need.

Just east you can find beautiful Cabopino port, beach and timber dune prominade.

The lively port of Puerto Banús (for clubs, restaurants and car/boat/people watching) is 20 minutes by car as is the El Corte Inglés store which we call Spain's Harrods. famous Marbella Club and Puente Romano wuith various Dani Garcia restaurants are also about 20 minutes away by car.

    “A very nice and clean apartment with all neccessary equipment like Satellite TV, Radio, Washing mashine, and fridge. We liked it very much as it has just the right size for 2 persons and a wonderful view over the pool and the rest of the apartment complex.
