To the left, there is the living room with sliding doors with sofas, armchair, TV, stereo, fireplace and dining area that leads to the kitchen and with access to the terrace with views of the garden, countryside and the sea.
Fully equipped kitchen with pantry, washer and dryer.
Double bedroom with 160 x 2 m bed, bathroom with hydromassage shower, air conditioning and patio doors leading to terrace and sea views.

First floor:
Bedroom with double bed 160 x 2 m en-suite with shower, air conditioning and doors leading to the terrace.
Large master bedroom with a 180 x 2 m double bed, sofa, stunning sea views from the terrace, air conditioning, large en-suite bathroom: bathtub, separate shower and exit to the terrace.
Bedroom with double bed 160 x 2m, en-suite with shower over bathtub, air conditioning and terrace with sea views.
Exterior:
Lovely well-kept lawned garden surrounding 2 parts of the house, with plenty of space for al fresco dining and relaxation. Furnished terrace, large pool, solarium with hammocks and incredible views.
Guest House:
Located at the entrance of the main house.
Entrance is into the lounge, there is a sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen which leads to the bedroom with a double bed 160 x 2m with an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the terrace. The guest house has air conditioning.
Final cleaning: €450 not included in the price.
Basic cleaning 2 times a week.
