Studio with an open layout and a picturesque view of Lake Como

Owing to its picturesque location in the Monti Lariani, this stylish holiday apartment boasts a unique view of Lake Como. The apartment, in a former farmhouse, benefits from a quiet and sunny location, surrounded by trees and nature.

This open 40m² studio is on one floor. Its interior features a modern style, mixed with antiques. The functional, modern built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and freezer. You can use either the filter coffee machine or the Italian espresso maker. There are also a kettle, toaster and selection of wines. In the kitchen area there is also a dining table. Opposite you will find the living area with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, wireless Internet and a fireplace (wood is provided per box). In a corner there is the large double bed, and there is also a very large wall cupboard.

The studio features an 18m² sun terrace with garden furniture and a 30m² grill corner with a large wooden table for barbecue evenings. The pool is amidst the green garden of the house and is ideal for cooling off, swimming and enjoying the fabulous view of the lake. It is shared by guests at both apartments (see property 657143). It measures 8 x 3 m and is open from April to November.

On site there are enough outdoor parking spaces, as well as a garage.

The studio is accessed via stairs with around 120 steps. The house is surrounded by lush greenery. In the garden you will also find a number of herbs that you are welcome to use in your cooking.

    “Die Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Ein herrlicher Ausblick Tag und Nacht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und man findet alles was man benötigt.
    Die Vermieterin Anna ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch gute Tipps für Restaurants oder auch Wanderstrecken.”

    “The view was stunning. Waking up like this in the morning was one of the best things ever.
    The fireplace on the evening makes you forget all the sorrows and let’s you dream.
    The apartment is big, perfectly equipped. You have really everything for the stay.

    “Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, freundlich und absolut hilfreich in jeder Hinsicht. Handtücher, Holz für den Kamin oder was man sonst gerne hätte, wurde regelmäßig nachgeliefert - auch mit Unterstützung des Nachbarn. Das Bad ist neu, die Küche super eingerichtet, das Bett bequem.
    TV und Internet funktionierten auch einwandfrei, was will man mehr? Positiv: Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft! Negativ: Man muss wissen, dass man 131 Stufen vom Autoabstellplatz bis zur Wohnung hinaufsteigen muss! Das ist definitiv eine Herausforderung.”
