Modern holiday apartments with a pool in a three-unit house

Two apartments are available to let in this beautiful villa with a swimming pool. The property is nestled into the landscape around Monte Iblei. The house is just 5km from the sea at Marina di Ragusa and Donnalucata, and is in the middle of the region around Modica, Ragusa and Scicli, which was declared a UNESCO world cultural heritage site.

The two apartments are on the ground floor of the house and have a shared secure pool, open from 1 June to 4 October 2020, measuring 15 x 7m. By the pool there are also a toilet and a fridge, so that you can spend relaxing hours there. The entrance and the parking space on the property have a remote-controlled gate and are also used by the owners, who live on the upper floor. The whole property is enclosed with stone walls. A garage can be rented on request.

The apartments are very suitable for family holiday by the sea, as both in Donnalucata and Marina di Ragusa there are free beaches with gently inclined sandy slopes, ideal for children.

The nearest shops are about 4km away.

Pleasant Apartment in Ragusa with Common Pool

The second holiday apartment has a living space of 25m² and can accommodate two guests. It is a studio with a double bed and a small kitchen corner with a dining area, with a table for three people. It can be extended to provide space for up to six people. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower.

The pool is shared only by guests of the two apartments and is surrounded by a paved area and there is also a little service-house with a bathroom.

The second holiday apartment has a living space of 25m² and can accommodate two guests. It is a studio with a double bed and a small kitchen corner with a dining area, with a table for three people. It can be extended to provide space for up to six people. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower. Although the apartment does not have its own private terrace, you can dine outdoors on the furnished sun terrace by the pool. Both apartments are new, fully furnished and completely equipped for a pleasant stay (bedlinen, hand towels, pots and pans).

The house lies within a well-kept, fenced garden of about a hectare and is surrounded by olive groves and carob trees.

The shared pool (available from 3th June till 5th October) is surrounded by a paved area and there is also a small house with a bathroom.
