Ground-floor apartment with a garden just 5km from Lago Maggiore

This ground-floor apartment is located in a quiet residential area, near Lago Maggiore and Lago d’Orta, just 45 minutes from the centre of Milan.

The apartment is equipped with heating, cable TV and wireless Internet access. A set of towels for two people, comprising two small, two medium and two large towels, can be booked on request.

The 56m² living area is all on one level on the ground floor of the villa. It has its own separate entrance and comprises a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a storage room. The living room has a 3-seater sofa and a sofa bed for two people, a large cupboard, and a dining table with chairs. In the separate kitchen there is also a small dining table for two to three people, a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of crockery. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dresser, and also has enough space for a cot if required. In the bathroom there are a shower and a washing machine. In the storage room you will find practical items such as a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board and a clothes horse.

A reserved parking space is provided right next to the site.

The accommodation is also suitable for short stays, ideally for two to four adults, or also for a family of up to five people.

The especially beautiful location, the lovely view of the green garden, and the tranquillity of the area create a relaxing atmosphere for chilling out after trips around the region.

The accommodation is located on a quiet street with little traffic, but the nearby town centre and a small supermarket are within easy reach. The exhibition grounds of Fiera di Milano Rho is just 25 minutes away. Turin can be reached within about 70 minutes and Genoa within about 90 minutes.

Outdoors there is a large south-facing veranda, furnished with a table and chairs. The house lies on a fenced plot of land with a 3000m² garden. Two sun loungers are provided, so that you can relax outside.

    “Het is een ruim en schoon appartement naast de bewoners. De bewoners zijn erg vriendelijk enbehulpzame mensen. Er is goede wifi een aparte keuken en in de huiskamer en slaapkamer goede airconditioning. De woning heeft een prachtige tuin van 3000vierkante meter waar je verschillende zitjes hebt. De hond mag er over lopen want hij is helemaal omheind.De supermarkt is 180 meter verderop op.
    Kortom een goede uitvalsbasis om heerlijke vakantie te vieren.
    Op ongeveer 10 kilometer is Lago Maggiore.
    Het plaatsje arona is leuk en heeft deze supermarkten en lekkere restaurant aan het meer.
    Vanuit aeona met de trein naar Milaan kost €6.60 pp enkele reis.
    Met auto kan ook gemakkelijk.”
