Beautiful and cosy 41/2 room apartment with a fantastic view. The large, light-flooded holiday apartment with wide terrace is located on the edge of the village of Schluein, very close to Flims Laax Falera in a quiet, unobstructable south-west location. The village Schluein with its old Walser and patrician houses, traditional farms and the baroque village church is only 5 minutes away from Ilanz, the "first town on the Rhine". Right on the doorstep, the 18-hole golf course Buna Vista Golf, the Rhine Gorge and numerous hiking and biking trails offer a variety of sporting activities. In winter, the cross-country ski slope runs right past the house.
