A wide gravel driveway, past fields, palm trees and gnarled olive trees leads directly to the entrance. The architecturally elegant villa is surrounded by palm trees and casts a long shadow: Three arches covered with straw mats curve strikingly from the house towards the pool, creating a shady terrace with a lounge character ; when the white curtains are also drawn, you are completely protected from the sun and wind and can take a siesta. The rear kitchen terrace, which also offers covered areas and access to the fantastic fridge, offers even more retreat options. The typical Mallorcan brick, which gives the façade here a particularly warm tone, the round and angular shapes of the doors and windows and the flat roof, above which the blue sky seems to stretch even further, make Can Sanchez a country house that clearly stands out in terms of style and flavour. In addition, there is a 10 x 5 m pool embedded in a terrace, the well-kept garden area with trees, cacti and a mini playground for smaller children, as well as a built-in barbecue area with access to the outdoor bathroom: this can easily be considered an additional living space, as it remains nice and cosy even during a rain shower.

The entrance area with stairs to the bedrooms on the upper floor is designed like a small courtyard and immediately puts you in the right olé mood. The smaller but bright living and dining area (not forgetting the additional barbecue hut) is also typically Spanish; the large, modern kitchen shines with a cooking area and adjoining fridge and has its own terrace, where the breakfast table can be set quickly and the butter doesn't melt in the sun straight away. Like a hotel, Can Sanchez offers different comfort categories. The bedroom on the ground floor with a small bathroom is perfect for those who want to get out quickly in the morning, swim a few laps in the pool or be the first to switch on the coffee machine. For the others, there are three beautiful rooms available; the most desirable of which is probably the elegant master bedroom with its own wicker corner and private bathing paradise with shower, large corner bath and towel warmer. But both twin rooms with shared bathroom, decorated in warm wood or cool grey tones, definitely have a feel-good character and as all bedrooms are air-conditioned, you can sleep well even in the hottest temperatures. But if country life is too quiet for you.
Small getaways and larger excursions are easy to find from Can Sánchez: In the friendly little town of Campos, you can while away the hours over espresso and almond cake, and Mallorcan history comes alive in the historic Café Colón in Llucmajor. However, you should plan a whole day for Palma with its famous cathedral, art nouveau houses and many small boutiques. If you want to cool off and look out over the vast sea, we recommend a trip to the southern tip of Mallorca. On the beaches with white sand and clear water you will find unspoilt nature and plenty of space, but you will have to do without the bars and sun loungers in Es Carbó and plan a walk. On the harbour promenade of Colònia de Sant Jordi, you can end your day of swimming while the sun sinks into the sea.
Conveniently located and yet absolutely quiet: The stylish Villa Can Sanchez, which was originally built for the owner's own use, is idyllically situated between fields, only approx. 3 km from the nearest village with good shopping facilities. The proximity to the Ma-19 motorway, which connects Llucmajor and Campos and leads directly to El Arenal and Palma, makes it extremely easy to enjoy short trips from the countryside to the vibrant life of the city. The beautiful sunny beaches in the south, such as Es Trenc and Ses Covetes, can be reached in 20 minutes by car and guarantee relaxing hours by the sea.
