The Villa Maria farmhouse welcomes its guests with an impressive garden with lush vegetation and manicured lawns. The spacious holiday home offers the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday in Mallorca while enjoying the proximity to the island's capital Palma and the Tramuntana mountains. It is a Fincallorca holiday home. The open terrace by the house can be transformed into a shady oasis with awnings. It is divided into a relaxation area with sun loungers and a day bed as well as a summer kitchen with a brick barbecue and dining area. There is a separate chill-out area in the garden, just a few steps away from the pool, creating an ideal place for relaxing siestas. The living space is spread over two floors. From the living room with fireplace and library as well as the conservatory, you can easily access the garden through patio doors. The Mallorcan country-style kitchen also has its own access to the barbecue terrace. One of the two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on this floor has its own private terrace. A further sleeping accommodation is located in a rustic living area with fireplace and kitchenette. There are two further double bedrooms with balconies on the upper floor. There is also a full bathroom with bathtub and WC. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The farmhouse is also equipped with central heating and is therefore ideal for cycling and hiking holidays in the low season. The farmhouse is located 1 km outside Santa Maria del Camí and 10 km from the Tramuntana mountains with numerous hiking and cycling trails. The island's capital Palma de Mallorca is approx. 20 minutes away by car. The beaches of the south coast can be reached in just under 30 minutes by car.
