The historic Son Poca Palla farmhouse is a perfect example of a Mallorcan-style holiday. The old quarry stone walls have been lovingly preserved. It is surrounded by an unspoilt garden full of majestic fruit and olive trees and the magic of Mediterranean flowering plants. Children will find plenty of opportunities to play on the property (there is also a basketball hoop). Adults can relax in peace and enjoy their holiday on a traditional Mallorcan finca. The fabulous infinity-style saltwater pool offers a marvellous view of the garden and the countryside. Afterwards, you can sunbathe in comfortable sun loungers. An outdoor shower and toilet are available. In addition to further outdoor seating areas in the greenery, the covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue, cooking facilities and cosy dining area is another highlight of this first-class holiday home close to nature.

The interior design combines rustic Mallorcan flair with modern living comfort. With solid wooden beams and slightly angled rooms, you can enjoy a cosy holiday feeling in an inviting atmosphere. The interior consists of antique furniture that has been beautifully combined with modern living accessories. This also applies to the large living room with fireplace and the dining area. The cosy fireplace area with a brick bench next to the fully equipped kitchen is a wonderful place to spend time in the cooler months of the year. On the upper floor, next to the third bedroom, you will find the perfect workspace and can be particularly active in the home office. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished with two single beds or a double bed. A special luxury of this charming holiday home: each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beautiful beaches of the east, such as Cala Petita or Cala Varques, are approx. 15-20 minutes away by car.
