Son Bordils Petit has more the character of a young, fruity Prosecco than a slowly matured late harvest wine, as produced and sold by the nearby Ses Bordils winery. However, both will welcome connoisseurs who appreciate the merits of both. And this villa has so much to offer that will enchant you: Its beautiful L-shape with covered terraces that catches so much light You have everything and everyone in view here and can move with the sun; the infinity pool with its comfortable steps and views of the almond trees You'll feel like you're blossoming with them as you swim your laps; the small green area with swings children will be delighted to have their own playground; you are welcome to pick fruit from the villa's fig, plum, medlar and apricot trees, and fresh eggs are free - you will want for nothing. Even though the property has petit in its name, the only thing that makes it seem small are the distant mountains, which make it seem even more important. A panorama to toast to, with the Coll family's award-winning wine next door ...

The interior also has something effervescent about it - if you see red, pink, blue and purple, it's not because you've had a little too much to drink. The bold use of colour on individual walls in the living room and bedroom makes each room distinctive and is tastefully complemented by matching pictures and furniture. This is what lifestyle paired with joie de vivre looks like and definitely deserves to be labelled Gran Reserva. Whichever bedroom you choose, you can jump straight out of bed into the open air and into the pool, even if the en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe can cause arguments! The modern, compact fitted kitchen with floor-to-ceiling glass doors exudes quality and leaves nothing to be desired; in a few simple steps you can transform your indoor and outdoor areas into your own wine bar and bistro, which stays open late into the night. And when it gets hot, how about a refreshing shower? Or, if you prefer, a long, relaxing soak in a candlelit bath? As there are three bathrooms, you can easily afford to occupy one for a while. The centre of Mallorca invites you to rediscover your natural balance!

Town and country, centrally located, yet slightly off the beaten track the close proximity to the Ma-3240 to Sineu (audible outside the villa) means you can be on your way almost immediately. From there it's just a 7-minute drive north to Inca, one of the island's lively main towns. Traditional cellar taverns such as the Celler Can Amer in Carrer de la Pau offer a taste of the region's specialities and you can often pick up a bargain in the numerous leather workshops. Or look over the shoemakers' shoulders in nearby Lloseta and then treat yourself to a pair of Bestard Mountain Boots for a hike in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. Travelling through a region full of windmills towards Sineu and Costitx, you'll find more traditional attractions such as the popular weekly market (with a medieval backdrop), the only observatory in Mallorca and plenty of culinary surprises. And, of course, good wine that has matured under the Spanish sun ... With its mountainous backdrop fit for a film set, its vines and fruit trees, conveniently located between the town of Inca, famous for its leather, and rural Costitx in the heart of the island, the single-storey, modern Villa Son Bordils Petit with its magnificent pool and large plot awaits you. On one side, endless hours of shopping beckon, while on the other, windmills, an observatory and the island's history are waiting to seduce you. The sea is not far away either: you will find beautiful beaches within a radius of 30 kilometres.
