This inviting natural stone holiday home is an enchanting oasis in the middle of nature and in the immediate vicinity of the village of Sencelles. It is also close to another of our properties on offer, Villa Can Grau. A pretty, enclosed area welcomes guests in a friendly manner and immediately offers a view of the garden, which is characterised by lawns and terraces and contains the highlight of the outdoor area: the swimming pool. The 8 x 4 metre pool is surrounded by an attractive lounge terrace and is easily accessible via a staircase. There is also a practical outdoor shower. You can relax in the Mediterranean light on the four sun loungers provided and perhaps simply enjoy the pleasure of doing nothing. The chilled furniture on the tastefully designed terrace invites you to laze around, preferably with a delicious drink. This attractive spot is perfect for celebrating a culinary barbecue in the evening, savouring regional delicacies that may have been bought fresh that very day.

The house itself has two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living/dining room. This space, open-plan and central at the same time, offers different ways to spend time here. On one side there is a comfortable sofa, which is a wonderful place to relax at any time of day. If you wish, you can also entertain yourself with a film, as the flat-screen TV with satellite connection is installed on the opposite wall. On cool evenings, the decorative fireplace conjures up pleasant warmth and a particularly cosy atmosphere if required. The solid dining table right next door is ideal for dining indoors. The kitchen, which is also located here and is loosely separated by a counter, is equipped with everything you need on a daily basis and has a spacious and practical design. A kettle and a filter coffee machine are just some of the features. Two individually and aesthetically furnished bedrooms form the basis for a restful night's sleep. There are two beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 metres and one measuring 1.50 x 2.00 metres. The bathroom is painted in light colours and has a modern design with good facilities. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't have to worry about them taking up luggage space.

If you fancy a city break and a spot of shopping, you can reach larger towns like Inca in no time at all. This is a great place to buy shoes, as this town has a long tradition of leather and footwear. For a relaxing day at the beach, you can try the beautiful bay of Alcúdia or Playa del Muro, to name just two of many examples. The charming natural stone villa Can Grau Petit is located between Inca and Sencelles in the centre of Mallorca. From here you have a wonderful view of the vast surrounding landscape. You can easily do your daily shopping in Sencelles and Inca. The favourable location of the accommodation allows excursions to many of the island's beaches (such as Es Trenc, Son Serra de Marina and Arenal).
