Es Moli is a beautifully restored villa that was once the residence of a miller. At the centre of the garden is a charming, disused Mallorcan mill as well as extensive grass and gravel areas that invite you to relax in the pleasant shade.

A winding path leads from the lush lawn to a partially covered terrace with pool, which is easily accessible via corner steps. Here you can relax on sun loungers or gather around the large wooden table under a bamboo canopy to enjoy delicious meals, including a barbecue for a real holiday atmosphere. There is also a separate laundry area in the garden. For tennis enthusiasts, there is a private court just 200 metres away.
Inside, the two-storey villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area with an open fireplace, which is lit by large windows. The rustic kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and there are four comfortably furnished double bedrooms, each with air conditioning. The master bedroom has a private roof terrace with breathtaking views. The villa also has four en-suite bathrooms with modern fittings to ensure a relaxing stay.
In the main house, where the owners live, is the private winery where they produce their own wine, which guests can also visit.
The original villa "Es Moli" is a completely restored holiday home located about 10 km north of Palma (in the Santa Maria district). The property is situated on a 600,000 m² plot of land completely surrounded by olive groves, holm oak woods and pine forests. Palma and the popular Arenal beach are only a few minutes away by car.
