Surrounded by an airy shrub hedge, Villa Can Mates Nou welcomes its guests in an idyllic, rural atmosphere. Extensive gravelled areas surround the front of the house, while the lovingly designed garden is criss-crossed by inviting terraces tiled with decorative natural stone slabs. The pool in the immediate vicinity of the house characterises the special maritime flair, which is emphasised and embellished by the two tall palm trees. The pool is tiled with pretty blue mosaic tiles and has easy access via steps. There is also a practical outdoor shower. Numerous comfortable sun loungers offer you the opportunity to relax between refreshing dips in the pool, perhaps with a cool, tasty drink. Depending on the time of day, the garden offers some cooling shade to escape the heat. Children will love playing and romping around on the beautiful lawn. The covered part of the terrace adjoining the property offers a wonderful, solid dining table where you can enjoy your sociable al fresco dinner. Whether for breakfast or a culinary barbecue evening, this beautiful property with a marvellous view of the green garden and the Mediterranean sky will delight its guests at any time of day.

The house is easily accessed directly from the terrace and its outstanding design echoes the clean and sophisticated lines of the exterior. Harmonious colours on the ceilings and floors, light-coloured walls and wooden furniture combine to create a pleasant, homely ambience. At the same time, you will enjoy the spacious atmosphere of the place. Even if you are full in this villa, you will always have the opportunity to find a quiet and secluded private area. The spacious living/dining area offers you the opportunity to relax on two comfortable sofas, perhaps with a magazine, a good book or even an entertaining film on the TV with satellite connection. You can enjoy your evening meal together at the large dining table. The modern, well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need for everyday use. A filter coffee machine and a kettle are also included. Spacious and very tastefully renovated bedrooms invite you to spend a restful night. Two beds measuring 1.50 x 1.90 metres and four measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres are at your disposal for a deep sleep until you wake up more relaxed than ever. Three naturally lit and selectively equipped modern bathrooms offer comfort and space. The rooms have irons and hairdryers, so you don't need to bring them with you.

For small excursions, you should definitely visit the exciting and pretty harbour of the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (19 km). If you like visiting the beach on holiday, Villa Can Mates Nou is just the place for you. The most beautiful beaches on the south-east coast, such as the family-friendly Es Trenc beach, are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached in a hire car. If you wish, you can also explore a different, unique bay every day. After an eventful day full of excursions, you can return to your holiday villa and round off the day as you wish.

The spacious and generously proportioned villa Can Mates Nou is beautifully situated in the countryside, just a ten-minute drive south-east of Campos, on a pretty enclosed plot. In Campos you will find bars, restaurants and shops for your daily needs. The drive to the southern beaches of Mallorca is not far from this holiday home. The airport is just over half an hour's drive away.
