The 80 sqm holiday apartment for max. 6 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years) is located separately on the ground floor of a residential building on the owner's approx. 1000 sqm residential property just 250 m from Lake Fleesensee. A natural bathing area and a jetty with boat moorings can be reached after approx. 600 metres. The apartment is barrier-free and handicapped accessible. It has a living/dining area (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining table, flat screen TV, DVD, holiday library), an open and fully equipped kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, dining counter, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom (double bed (1.40 m wide), sofa bed as an extra bed, TV and fireplace) and a bathroom with shower/WC. A cot and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside there is a furnished seating area, barbecue, children's playground, table tennis, storage space for bicycles and a car park.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. The accommodation is located on the L205 country road between the small towns of Waren/Müritz and Malchow.

The small village of Nossentin is located directly on the northern shore of Lake Fleesensee and in the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park. The wooded, slightly hilly region offers ideal conditions for hikers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts. The Fleesensee with its shallow shore area is particularly suitable for swimming holidays with children. There are also sports and play facilities, a mini-market and a restaurant, as well as other restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and boat and bike hire in the island town of Malchow, approx. 5 km away. The town is surrounded by the Malchower and Fleesensee lakes and is particularly famous for its historic swing bridge and monastery church. Other attractions include the boat trips offered by the shipping companies, a summer toboggan run and a monkey forest just outside the town. Wellness, sports and golf offers in the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions.
