The comfortably furnished non-smoking vacation apartment is one of two residential units on the owner's 4000 square meter residential property in a quiet location. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1 km away. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, flat screen TV, radio), 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds), a kitchenette with electric stove and microwave, shower / WC, underfloor heating and fireplace. The apartment has a covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and sun lounger. WLAN is also available. One free parking space in the house. An additional parking space is only possible by arrangement. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Please bring your own towels.
Karlshagen is a Baltic seaside resort in the northern part of the island of Usedom. Restaurants, shopping facilities, a marina with boat trips and cycle paths are located in the village. Riding stables, tennis and bowling alley approx. 2.5 km. The village has a beautiful sandy beach.
