Villa Aria Blu is a newly built and modern villa located at the edge of the place Kastelir and is just 11 km from Porec and 10 km from the beach in the Tourist resort Lanterna distant.
In Kastelir there are several very good restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and shops. On its own enclosed property of 275 sqm guests have use of a 28 sqm swimming pool, summer kitchen, dining table, sitting furniture and two parking spaces.
Villa for 6 guests with a total living area of 90 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with a pull-out sofa for one person, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to the summer kitchen, shower/toilet, and a small laundry. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms each with access to its own balcony, one single bedroom, shower/toilet, and a separate toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
