The Birdhouse Villa is a modern and luxurious holiday home on the edge of the residential area of Labinci, 7 km from the sea and 10 km from Porec.
Only 2-3 minutes drive there are all the main facilities, such as grocery shop (only 300 meters from the house), typical restaurants, cafes, rural households and wine roads. The nearest pebbly beaches and various sports activities are in the resort Lanterna 9 km away.
On an enclosed property of 900 sqm at guest's disposal there is a saltwater swimming pool of 40 sqm, a covered terrace with dining table for outdoor dining and a large barbecue, a separate toilet next to the pool and several parking spaces.
The Birdhouse Villa can accommodate up to 10 people on 380 sqm living space on two air-conditioned floors. The rooms in the house are very spacious so that only the living area is 75 sqm big, and to the feeling of comfort and spaciousness also contribute the 3m high ceiling and 2,4m high inside doors. On the ground floor there is a living area with equipped kitchen, dining table with designer Ghost chairs and three sofas, two double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet, one of them with bathtub in the room, a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with private shower/toilet and access to the terrace. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
