The exterior of the Villa Modern Art is true to its name. It impresses with its straight lines and modern elegance. This special vacation home is located in the south-west of Cape Coral - also known as Waterfront Wonderland. It has no connection to a canal. The garden is completely fenced in and offers you a lot of privacy. You can also spend your vacation here completely undisturbed with your furry family member.
Behind the house you have a huge terrace with an integrated electrically heated pool. You can work on your tan on the four sun loungers or relax in the shade under the parasol. There is a gas barbecue on a separate covered part of the terrace where you can treat your loved ones to delicious grilled sausages, hamburgers, steak or fish and lobster. On the other part of the covered terrace there is a dining table for 6 people and a few comfortable armchairs. The entire terrace is surrounded by a screen. A paved footpath leads to a fire pit where you can relax in the evening with a cool drink and review the day's activities. There is a grass lawn between the pool terrace and the white fence and there is enough space for your children to play
The entrance area flows seamlessly into the large living area, which is followed by the white high-gloss kitchen with kitchen bar and orange accentuated bar stools. Everything here shines in chrome and white. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern electrical appliances. The large countertop seats 4 people for a quick snack. From the separate dining area with table and 6 chairs, you have a view of the terrace and enough space for a delicious meal.
Large sliding glass doors open up from the living room onto the terrace - probably the most popular living area during your vacation.
Villa Modern Art is the perfect retreat for people who love something special. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it offers privacy for every guest. The master bedroom is furnished with an oversized king-size bed and has access to the terrace. The attached bathroom has a large shower, 2 double sinks and a WC. The walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your shopping - because sometimes you just can't beat a bargain. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each of these two bedrooms also has its own bathroom. One of them can also be used as a pool bath.
Washing washer, dryer, ironing board and iron have found their place in the utility room.
