The beautiful Villa Serena is exactly what you need if a vacation for you means relaxation and fun for the whole family. This lovingly furnished villa is located in a small village on the east coast of Istria, about 2 km from the nearest beach.
The villa offers cozy accommodation for 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, TV and a private bathroom with shower. Two more people can be accommodated on the large sofa in the living room. The first floor of this beautiful house consists of an open plan living and dining area, which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and from which you have direct access to the villa's well-tended garden. The highlight of the garden is the inviting private pool with comfortable sun loungers next to it. Just a few steps away is the beautiful covered terrace, where you can enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue, relax on the comfortable garden sofa and watch the children having fun on the swings and slides.
One bedroom is also located on the first floor, while the remaining two are spread across the upper floor. This is also where the lovely balcony is located, where you can even enjoy the sea view.
The outdoor terrace and veranda, as well as comfortable sun loungers by the pool, ensure that everyone can find their own perfect place to relax. The location of the villa itself is an ideal starting point for many daily excursions. However, if you don't want to leave the village, small stores, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk from the villa. Villa Serena offers everything you need for a carefree family vacation.Krnica is a small, charming village in the eastern part of Istria, and is only a few kilometers from the sea. Krnica is characterized by the bell tower of the church of St. Roko, also known as the protector of the town. The town has everything you need: a grocery store, post office, cafés and a restaurant. Krnica is the perfect starting point for day trips to places such as Pula, Rovinj, Pazin, Motovun, Groznjan or Opatija. It is also an excellent place to combine both relaxation and active vacation. Visit the nearby diving center and discover the mysterious marine world, explore many different beaches and bays along the east coast or go mountain biking, long hikes or horseback riding. Taste the local gastronomic specialties and don't forget to try the famous Istrian olive oil.
