This beautiful villa, furnished with a traditional touch, is the ideal vacation accommodation. It is situated in a quiet location and sits on a 20000 square meter plot. With a private pool with spectacular views of the surrounding nature, this villa offers true relaxation and enjoyment. It consists of 3 interestingly decorated bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. On request, 2 more people can be accommodated on extra beds. The first floor consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people and a magnificent view. On the terrace there is also a dining area and a charcoal grill where you can prepare your favorite dishes. Fruit and vegetable delivery is available at no extra cost. To stay active, there is a fitness area with a multi-gym machine and exercise balls.
The price includes a one-day stay at Aquapark Istralandia, as well as dinner at a traditional Istrian restaurant. For stays of 2 weeks or longer, guests have a day trip on a hydrofoil to Venice free of charge!

Bencani is an almost uninhabited, quiet village in central Istria. The nearest larger village is Oprtalj - a picturesque little town situated on the top of a 378 meter high hill. It was first mentioned in 1115 and has been ruled by Venice, France, Austria and Italy since the 19th century. Today, this area is famous for truffles and beautiful hiking trails marked with forests, fields, caves and the valley of the river Mirna and its spring with thermal and mineral healing waters. If you want to explore the wider area, you can easily reach and discover the medieval towns of Istria, such as Groznjan, Momjan or Motovun, as well as the eastern or western Istrian coast.
