Villa Frantoio is a beautiful villa on a magical hill surrounded by the lush, green Istrian countryside. It is a modern interpretation of an old Istrian country house that offers all the peace, relaxation and luxury you need for a perfect vacation.
On the first floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining and living area. All furnished with style to create an inviting space with natural light. From there you have access to a spacious terrace, private pool and covered areas for outdoor dining and relaxing in the shade. One bedroom is located on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, garden and pool. There are also 2 guest toilets. A staircase leads from the entrance area to the lower floor where you can enjoy the Finnish sauna and the private wine cellar with regional wines. (The consumption bill will be settled at check-out.) On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two of which have a balcony with spectacular views of the Tuscan-inspired landscape with the Adriatic Sea on the horizon. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and dressing area. Experience an unforgettable vacation in the house of your dreams!
Villa Frantoio does not allow stag and hen parties or younger groups and the region is historically and culturally extremely rich and a foodie's dream. Villa Frantoio is located in the heart of the region's wine and olive oil roads, overlooking the lush forests where the prized Istrian white and black truffles grow. For history buffs, the offerings are endless and easily accessible and include ancient Roman and Byzantine treasures that will take your breath away...
In the midst of the picturesque Istrian landscape and surrounded by magical natural beauty is the small historic town of Buje, which was first inhabited in the Bronze Age. Since ancient times, this part of Istria has been known for its olive groves and farmlands, which are still one of its main features today. The town's location guarantees a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful coastal town of Novigrad is only a short drive away. Close to Novigrad and only 5 kilometers from the coast is the Istralandia Aquapark, which is suitable for both adults and children. The highlights of Istria include countless water slides.
