Villa Auri is located in Marana and is surrounded by the beautiful Istrian countryside. When you are on the covered terrace, you can enjoy the view of the green area that extends from the terrace while drinking your first morning coffee on the garden furniture. While you enjoy the marvellous view, the others can escape the summer heat in the private pool or catch the sun's rays on the sun loungers by the pool. To the side of the terrace, there is a table and barbecue where you can prepare delicious traditional dishes of the region while watching your loved ones enjoy their stay in the outdoor area of the house. From the outer part of the house there is direct access to the inner part of the house, where there is a spacious living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a toilet with laundry. The staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there are 3 comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while the third utilises an additional bathroom located on the same floor. All three rooms have direct access to the balcony. On this balcony there is an outdoor seating area and a large deckchair for 2 people where you can relax and enjoy the sunny weather. Marana is located in the south-east of Istria, in the immediate vicinity of Pula. Pula is the tourist centre of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. Pula experienced its heyday in Roman times, when the Romans left behind many traces, especially the beautiful amphitheatre, which you should definitely visit. Explore the streets of the city and enjoy the restaurants that offer authentic Istrian dishes. Nearby is Krnica, situated on a hill above the sea and surrounded by beautiful forests, pastures and vineyards. Krnica is the only place in Istria that has its own harbour. On a 2.5 km long road through a pine forest you drive down to the harbour of Krnica and see a fishing village with wooden boats, nets and stone houses. The beaches are rocky coves that can be found along the Krnica channel, with unspoilt nature and crystal clear sea. Krnica is an ideal place for a holiday. Here you can pick wild asparagus, spices and medicinal herbs in spring, gather mushrooms, pick grapes and olives, enjoy the scenery or simply go for a walk. In Krnica harbour at sunrise, you can meet fishing boats surrounded by a flock of seagulls and buy freshly caught fish. Tourist attractions that you should definitely visit are the Brijuni National Park, which offers the opportunity to play golf, but also a drive through the safari park, which you can enjoy with your loved ones. For sports enthusiasts, there are numerous activities on offer, including horse riding, tennis, mini golf, diving and all kinds of water sports.
