On the first floor you will find a bright living room connected to the kitchen and dining room in an open concept, decorated with simplicity and a practical approach. There are also Mediterranean paintings to remind you that the sea is close by. On the first first floor are the bedrooms, some with access to the balcony overlooking the charming village next door. This villa is ideal for small families who would like to spend their vacation next to the sea but still have something to do while on vacation in the villa.Villa Markulin is located in a small place Sisan only 10 km away from the wonderful tourist town of Pula. Although Sisan mostly offers beautiful, natural beaches and relaxed bars, this place is perfect for exploring smaller towns nearby (Medulin, Premantura) as well as visiting well-known places such as Pula or the stunning Brijuni islands, which you can reach with a short boat ride from Fazana (18 km). Pula, the largest city in Istria, is world-famous for its stunning Colosseum, an ancient amphitheater built in the 1st century when Emperor Vespasian ruled this part of the world. Visit museums and try Istrian specialties in one of the many restaurants.
