Villa Tany is located in Zemunik Donji, a small village only 12 km from the city of Zadar. This rustic beauty is perfect for those guests who want to escape from the hectic everyday life and spend a holiday in peace and quiet with family or friends. Zemunik Donji is a place where you can rest your body and soul, enjoy the untouched nature, and take with you the memory of a beautiful holiday.

Villa Tany was built in 2022 in a rustic style of construction, has 105 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1500 m2. A beautifully landscaped garden, and many places for fun and children's play are at your fingertips. The villa is fully air conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6.

You will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and ensuite bathrooms with showers. The villa also has a living room that includes a sofa, which serves as a bed for two extra people, a table and a TV. Next to the living room is a modern and fully equipped kitchen where you will be happy to prepare delicious meals for the whole family, and the dining room with dining table offers 8 seats.

The outdoor terrace will help you to refresh yourself during the day or night in the pool of 32 m2 and 1.5 m deep. You will sunbathe on 8 deck chairs where you can relax and enjoy the peace and complete privacy. On the terrace there is also a covered area where there is an outdoor barbecue on wood or charcoal, an outdoor dining table with two wooden benches, and a summer kitchen.

Also, two bar seats and a small bar are at your disposal to enjoy a drop of wine or delicious cocktails in the evening.

The children will be most delighted by the large and spacious yard, swings and table tennis that will entertain the whole family. If you decide, by prior arrangement, it is possible to organise a massage.

Additional amenities include a washing machine and iron, and a feeder and baby cot are at your disposal. Also, the villa has 3 separate toilets.

There are 3 private parking spaces in the yard, and there are as many outside.

Do not miss to visit the city of Zadar, which will completely delight you! It is known as one of the most beautiful Croatian cities, and it can offer every guest something interesting and fun. What makes sightseeing of this city the most is the fact that there are not many roads in its very centre, so it is easier to see and enjoy the warm sun. Two of the most modern sights of the city of Zadar are the Sea Organ and Greeting to the Sun, which are now the most visited locations in every tourist season of Zadar. The sea organ under the influence of wind and sea waves creates music through the pipes of the organ located under the concrete stairs on which one can walk or sit and enjoy the view. Sun salutation creates various light effects under the glass floor and lights up after sunset.
