Both in summer and winter, it is beautiful in Steibis. The holiday apartment is located in Oberstaufen, in the district of Steibis at the town's exit towards Schindelberg. It is situated on the 1st floor of a quiet multi-family house with a view of Hochgrat. The 2-room apartment, with 39 sqm, is cozy and practically furnished. The kitchen is new and equipped with an induction stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and more. The living room features a flat-screen TV, and the couch and bed are very comfortable; the balcony has sun loungers and seating options.

In the town center of Steibis, which can be reached within a few minutes on foot, there are various shops and restaurants with beer gardens. The skiing and hiking area Imberg, the climbing park Sport Hauber, and the golf club Oberstaufen-Steibis e.V. with an 18-hole course are approximately a 30-minute walk from the apartment. Many wonderful hiking trails begin right at the apartment or from the mountain stations of the cable cars. Along the hiking trails, there are various rustic stopovers offering delicious food and drinks.
