    “Traumhafter Garten, sehr schöner Pool, super Aussicht.
    Das Haus hat nur drei abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer. Das könnte für manche Familie oder Freundesgruppe schwierig werden: das vierte Schlafzimmer ist im Keller, zum Flur hin offen und hat kein Tageslicht.
    Schmale Straße als Zufahrt zum Haus macht kleines Auto notwendig.
    Teilweise Lärm von der Autostraße nach Alcudia, lautes Fröschequaken nachts.”
