The apartment is only three minutes walk from the lake. Bus stop directly in front of the apartment, bus with guest card in the entire region free of charge. Behind the house you can start directly with your hikes. The shipping pier and kite school can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The nearest restaurant and local suppliers are within 10 minutes walking distance, Maurach village center is about 2.5km away.
