During your stay, visit Split, the largest city and the cultural, political and economic centre of Dalmatia. Interesting monuments in the city of Split are Diocletian's Palace, St Duje's Cathedral and the Peristyle. After a long walk through the city, relax by the water with a cup of coffee in one of the many cafés. Visit the typical local taverns and sample the specialities in the restaurants.
