Our bright and lovingly furnished 3-room holiday apartment "Breitenberg" (48 sqm) is ideally suitable for up to 4 people. There are two bedrooms. The parents' bedroom is equipped with a double bed. In the children's bedroom, there are two single beds (80x200cm). The cozy living kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, etc.), dining table, radio, and satellite TV invites you to linger. The bathroom with shower and toilet completes the overall picture. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful mountain view. Wi-Fi, parking, bed linen, and towels are provided free of charge. A second children's room with a bunk bed can be rented additionally if needed.

Conditions:
A deposit of approximately 20% is due immediately upon booking. The remaining amount is due before departure and should be transferred if possible. In case of cancellation or early departure, the cancellation fee will be calculated at 90% of the travel price, according to the recommendation of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association, if the apartment cannot be rented out otherwise. We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival: 14:30 to 20:00, departure: by 09:30 or by arrangement. The handover of keys takes place in person on-site or by arrangement.
WLAN, parking, final cleaning, heating, water, electricity, bed linen, and towels are included in the base price. Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee (€8.00 per night). Roll bread service available upon request. Baby cot and high chair available upon request free of charge. The visitor's tax of €2.10 per person/night (for age 16 and older) or €1.00 per person/night (for children ages 6-15) will be charged separately. Children under 6 years are exempt from the visitor's tax.
