This charming property is located in the centre of Großarl, where you will find 3 beautifully furnished apartments (ASA683, ASA684, and ASA685), all featuring a balcony. Since the house is centrally located you can hike to the beautiful mountain pastures of the Großarl. The house has a children's playground and a shared lawn. The recreation centre in Großarl with swimming pool, sports ground, etc., is just 5 minutes away by walking. Anglers can try their luck in the Erlensee which is also only 5 minutes away. You should definitely plan hiking to ancient Karseggalm, the only place in the valley for the past 350 years where till date in summer the cheeses are made in an open hearth and smoked. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. Fresh bread service is offered in the house. You can also participate in the free, varied leisure programme named "Mountain - Health" (more information available locally).
