Wir haben im Sommer 2019 das Haus unserer Nachbarn erworben und hatten gleich die Idee, dieses in ein Ferienhaus zu verwandeln. Wir haben das Haus bis Frühjahr 2020 renoviert und möbliert, so dass es jetzt vermietet werden kann.

Station der Kleinbahn Niebüll-Esbjerg in 150 m Entfernung. Nächste Einkaufsmärkte in 6,5 km Entfernung.Die Vermietung erfolgt von Privat, somit wird keine Umsatzsteuer ausgewiesen.Im Rahmen der Nutzung unseres Ferienhauses fallen keine sonstigen Kosten oder Gebühren an.

Der Haltestelle der Kleinbahn, die zwischen Niebüll und Esbjerg in Dänemarl verkehrt, ist in ca. 150 m Entfernung. Von Niebüll aus gelangt man per Zug nach Sylt oder mit einer Kleinbahn nach Dagebüll, zu den Fähren nach Föhr und Amrum.
