Here you will find a tasteful 5 1/2 room apartment on the 1st floor right in the centre of the village of Scuol.
From here you no longer need your car. The shops, the thermal spa 'Bogn Engiadina Scuol' and the local/ski bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. The spacious south/west-facing terrace (approx. 30m2) can be reached via the master bedroom.

The Villa Hartenfels 1 holiday flat has a living room with a beautiful coffered ceiling, a large, very well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. 3 spacious double bedrooms furnished with exclusive Swiss stone pine furniture + 1 double bedroom with bunk beds and en-suite shower. 4 sanitary rooms: bath/sink + shower/sink + 2 x separate WC/sink, free WLAN, Swisscom TV and much more.

You can park in front of the house to unload your luggage. Public, chargeable (CHF 20.- per week) parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity.

    “Positiv: Skibus, Bad und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten neben der Haustür! Grosszügiger Platz für Skischuhe und ähnliches.Grosszügige Anzahl an Nassräumen. Negativ: Die Küche ist recht spartanisch eingerichtet. Vorhänge oder ein paar Bilder an den Wänden würden diesen ersten Eindruck positiv beeinflussen. Busse von Sent nach Scuol Zentrum schlecht organisiert. Wir hätten Infos über genaue und IDEALE Abfahrtszeiten von Sent aus begrüsst. Sonst wird die Traumabfahrt schlussendlich zum Alptraum.”
