Nice House in Cala Romantica with Subtropical Garden and Close to Beach

The three moorish bungalows of Villa la Noria are situated in a quiet high-class suburban district on the Playa Romántica approx. 3/4 of an hour away from the airport. The smart small village of Playa Romántica is located on the eastern coast of Mallorca about 5 km south of Porto Cristo. From the bungalows you can get to the sand beach in about 5 min to go. On the Playa Romántica there are restaurants, supermarkets, several bus stops and car hire services.

The bungalows are situated within a parklike subtropical garden of 1200 m² which cannot be looked into with a large outside swimming-pool (10 x 6 m), an outside shower a large sun-terraces.

The facility is very well-kept and the bungalows are suitable furnished having a total capacity of max. 10 persons. The assignment is made according to occupancy (up to 2 pers. bungalow II, up to 4 pers. bungalow I or III, up to 6 pers. bungalow I or III and bungalow II, up to 8 pers. bungalow I and III, from 9 pers. all 3 bungalows). The facility is exclusively available for our guests during their stay. At the pit-face you are attended by our caretaker who will be at your disposal for all probable questions.

La Noria 01, 02 and 03 offered here, for max. 4, 2 and 4 persons are furnished as follows:

Bungalow La Noria 01: approx. 75 m², dining / sitting-room, separate kitchen with oven, dish-washer and microwave, 2 bedrooms with ceiling ventilators and air conditioning, large bathroom with shower, double wash-basin / toilet and washing machine, central heating, TV-Sat, large furnished terrace.

Bungalow La Noria 02: approx. 40 m², dining/sitting-room/kitchenette with microwave, 1 bedroom with ceiling ventilator and air conditioning, bathroom with tub/shower, wash-basin and toilet, central gas/electric heating, TV-Sat, large roofed furnished terrace.

Bungalow La Noria 03: approx. 75 m², dining / sitting-room, separate kitchen with oven, dish-washer and microwave, 2 bedrooms with ceiling ventilators and air conditioning, bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, central oil heating, TV-Sat, large roofed furnished terrace.

A cot can be placed free of charge at your disposal. Bed-linen will be supplied once per object. Towels will be changed weekly. In addition, you can get more services directly from our caretaker.

    “Todo muy limpio, y con todo tipo de enseres en la cocina, no faltaba de nada. Piscina impecable y con el cloro perfecto. Estancia muy agradable. Una experiencia única. Repetiremos. Negativ: Lo único, los ventiladores de las habitaciones, a penas se notan , van muy despacio y hacía calor en las habitaciones.”
