This high-quality holiday home is located on the large beach on the Priwall peninsula in Lübeck-Travemünde with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The luxurious wellness holiday home offers four double bedrooms and two sleeping areas with 2 single beds each.

The spacious living and dining area for up to 12 people has large panoramic windows with a conservatory overlooking the Baltic Sea as well as a wood-burning stove and a new 49-inch flat-screen TV. The large kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and all the necessary equipment for up to 12 people. The holiday home also has two bathrooms: a bathroom with shower and WC and 1 bathroom with a whirlpool bath for up to 6 people, an infrared sauna, a Finnish sauna with colour and sound play, a splash shower and a foot reflexology area.

Your holiday home also has two terrace areas, including a large, covered panoramic terrace facing south/west towards the Baltic Sea with comfortable garden furniture for up to 12 people.

You can conveniently store your bicycles or your children's toys in the outside storage room of the holiday home.

All registered holiday guests of this property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.

Admission to the "BayCenter" with black light mini golf, 600 m² indoor playground, Lazermaze, Adventuregolf and Teeny-Club is included for the provider guests and offers fun for the whole family.

The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

    “Top Lage, Einrichtung top, Zustand gepflegt, Sauberkeit habe ich in anderen Anlagen schon besser erlebt. die Temperaturregulierung im Haus war schwierig bei Außentemperaturen von ca 4 bis 7 Grad tagsüber. Alles in allem aber schönes Haus”

    “Das Ferienhaus war soweit in Ordnung. Leider gab es keine technische Einweisung in der komplizierten Handhabung von Sauna, Whirlpool usw. Die Lüftung im Bad sowie der Whirlpool liefen daher ständig (hoher Stromverbrauch!!!).
    Die Zähler für Strom, Gas und Wasser konnten am Anreisetag nicht abgelesen werden, da unter Verschluss. Nur durch Zufall war eine Ablesung am Abreisetag möglich, da das Service Personal den verschlossenen Raum geöffnet hatte..
    Die hinterlegte Kaution wurde nicht in dem angegebenen Zeitraum von max. drei Wochen automatisch zurückgezahlt bzw. mit den Verbräuchen verrechnet worden.
    Ich musste das Unternehmen auffordern die Abrechnung durchzuführen. Die erste Abrechnung erfolgte auf abgeschätzten Werten ohne diese bekannt zu geben. Nach meiner Aufforderung wurden Werte übermittelt, die mit meinen am Abreisetag abgelesenen Werten nichts zu tun hatten. Ich hatte dann meine Werte zur Überarbeitung der Kaution Abrechnung eingereicht und daraufhin auch eine Nachzahlung erhalten.     “Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber. Auch über die Ausstattung gibt es nichts negatives zu sagen. Leider waren die Betten sehr durch gelegen und es gab keine richtigen Doppelbetten. Obwohl das Haus für 12 Personen ausgelegt ist, denke ich wird es dann sehr eng. Ansonsten Top.”
