A mixture of rustic and modern style gives this house its very special charm. This typical Istrian stone house is located in the picturesque inland. The pool and sauna give a luxurious ambience. The rural surroundings offer ideal conditions for a relaxing family vacation. In the village you will find a grocery store, post office and a local inn serving traditional food. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with corresponding bathrooms. S3 is a through room to S2 and S4. From S4 you can get to the gallery. During your vacation, visit the old town of Labin and the famous tourist resort of Rabac with its crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches. Enjoy the various hiking and biking opportunities of the picturesque countryside or drive a few minutes to the east coast, where many beautiful seaside resorts await you. The house is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example to the easily accessible cities of Pula, Rovinj and Opatija. We also recommend an excursion into the interior of the country. Drive along the wine road and taste delicious, locally produced wines and discover how delicious prsut, a smoked ham, or truffles can taste, which are offered in many konobas.
Also visit the surrounding small towns like Rakalj or Kavran, where various events, such as fishing festivals, take place in the summer. This is an ideal opportunity to get acquainted with local customs and traditions, as well as the rich traditional cuisine. Horse lovers can visit the nearby equestrian center. Nearby, in the small village of Muntic, you can visit the remains of the first human settlement in Istria.

    “Das Haus ist ein Traum! Es liegt direkt in der Ortsmitte neben einem Restaurant und gegenüber des Bäckers. Im Garten befinden sich Olivenbäume und die Essecke im Garten wird überdacht von Wein. Der Garten wird eingefasst von einer schönen Natursteinmauer, in die mehrere Nischen eingelasen sind zum Sitzen und für Kerzen oder ähnliches. Das Grillhäuschen bietet ebenfalls mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten in seinen Außenmauern. Das Wohnhaus ist ebenfalls aus Natursteinen gemauert. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Zimmer mit Doppelbetten. Ein normal großes im ersten Stock, ein sehr kleines (durch Dachschräge) im zweiten Stock und ein sehr großes, ebenfalls im zweiten Stock. Im großen Schlafzimmer befindet sich noch eine Empore über dem Badezimmer, auf der ebenfalls eine Schlafcouch steht. Bei voller Auslastung müssen in diesem Zimmer also 3-4 Personen schlafen. Im Zugangsraum zu diesen beiden Schlafzimmern befinden sich ebenfalls zwei Schlafcouchs (sieht auf den Bildern wie ein Kinderzimmer aus). Im ersten Stock gibt es ebenfalls noch eine Couch, die man ausziehen könnte. Insgesamt gibt es 5 Badezimmer im Haus verteilt. Die Bilder beschönigen nicht, sondern spiegeln das Haus exakt wieder. Der Preis ist auf keinen Fall zu teuer.”

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Der Garten wundervoll mediteran. Der Pool ebenfalls super, wird regelmäßig kontrolliert. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde sofort durch eine neue Kaffeemaschine ausgetauscht.
    Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein super Restaurant (sehr empfehlenswert), direkt gegenüber eine Bäckerei, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Post, ein Touristenpoint (dort muss man sich bei Ankunft anmelden; Pflicht in Kroatien) und eine Kneipe. Also alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht.”
