Large part of a semi-detached house with private garden, just 50 metres from the beach of Lido di Tarquinia. In the garden there is a comfortable shaded veranda for outdoor dining, a barbecue and sun loungers, ideal for relaxing after a beautiful day at the beach. The sandy beach is just a few steps away and offers the possibility to rent parasols (for a fee). Part of the beach is also equipped for the disabled and 300 metres away there is also a section of beach dedicated to our 4-legged friends. Behind the house there is a pine forest and a large public car park. Tarquinia and its Etruscan museum is 7.6 km away. It is the centre of southern Etruria, an outstanding symbol of Etruscan art, with a fascinating medieval old town and important archaeological sites, which have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. For a day trip to Rome: trains depart from the railway station 3 km away and arrive in the capital in 45 minutes. The location is strategically ideal for visiting the Tuscia region in the northern part of what is now Lazio. Civitavecchia and its harbour are 21 km away, Viterbo with its thermal baths Terme dei Papi is 51 km away. The accommodation is arranged on two levels: Ground floor with large living room with sofa bed (1 person) and dining area, kitchen with direct access to the garden, WC. First floor: double bedroom with access to the balcony with sea view, double bedroom with balcony and view of the pine forest, bedroom with bunk bed with balcony and view of the pine forest, bathroom with shower. All rooms have mosquito nets.
