A cosy holiday home with a spacious plot awaits you in the village of Katel Gomilica, near Trogir. The tastefully furnished interior consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional toilet and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. In addition to the seating set, there is also children's play equipment on the large plot. Due to the proximity of the main road, you can easily reach the nearest beaches as well as the picturesque old town of Trogir, which has been declared a UNSECO World Heritage Site.

    “Armtierig interieur. Vies, alles plakte. Ligging industrie naast een drukke weg tussen trogir en split. Zeer veel lawaai. De tuin was wildernis. niet veilig voor kinderen. Zelf kuismateriaal gehaald omdat de kinderen het vuil vonden .Met dit huis zijn we in het zak gezet .

    “Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Das Haus liegt zwar dicht an einer vielbefahrenen Straße (Verbindungsstraße von Trogir nach Split), aber durch die Hanglage liegt es unterhalb der Straße und die Lärmbelästigung hält sich in Grenzen. Entfernung zum Strand sind 800m Luftlinie, zu Fuß braucht man aber ca. 20 min. Für ein Fahrzeug sind Stellplätze vorhanden. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht englisch. Durch die Nähe zur Straße eignet sich das Haus gut für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Wenn man allerdings kein Fahrzeug hat, ist das nur bedingt zu empfehlen, da die Wege doch recht weit sind. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert, da es auch vom Preis her recht günstig ist.”
