Spacious and bright apartment in historic Málaga

The apartment is located between Plaza de la Merced (where Picasso's birthplace is located) and Teatro Cervantes. The Picasso Museum, the Alcazaba with Roman Theatre, the famous Calle Larios (shopping paradise) and the completely renovated port with walking promenade are all within walking distance. Also the beach is accessible on foot (15 min walk).



The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in the historic center of Málaga. It is south west facing and located on the 4th floor (with elevator) so almost the whole day you can enjoy the incoming sun and in the evenings you get a wonderful sunset for free! The apartment has a beautiful living room with an open view of the cathedral. 3 large windows with the typical balconies ensure that during the whole day enough light is coming in. Air conditioning, TV and wireless Internet are available. There are two bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and double bed. In the living room there is an extra sofa bed. The recently renovated bathroom has a spacious rain shower, sink and toilet. Sheets and towels are provided. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and dishwasher and washing machine.

Málaga is a charming city where the sun shines almost the entire year. The many terraces and restaurants invite you to enjoy the famous tapas and other delicacies from Mediterranean cuisine. The city is easy to explore on foot and there are also several places where you can rent bikes. And also public transport to places in the neighborhood of Málaga starts around the corner. Málaga offers a wide variety of monuments, museums, gardens, squares and parks. Join the rhythm of the Malagueños and enjoy all the sights at a leisurely pace.     “Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet. Es gab eine Waschmaschine, Fön, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, großes Gefrierfach.
    Der Zustand der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Das moderne Bad, das große, helle Wohn- Esszimmer und die Schlafräume sind sehr sauber und groß. Harmonisch wurden hier die alten Türen und Fenster mit modernen Möbeln kombiniert.
    Die Lage ist zum Bummeln gehen ideal, viele kleine und größere Kneipen, Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Allerdings ist es deshalb auch ein bisschen lauter in der Nacht. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Malaga sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist es in Malaga ohnehin nicht so einfach.

    Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!”
