Romantic, recently (2015) completely renovated, traditional natural stone house in a spectacular location right in the harbour

This romantic natural stone house enjoys a spectacular location right by the sea, just a few steps from the picturesque harbour with an extensive promenade, in the little coastal town of Maslinica on the sunny island of Solta in the blue Adriatic. Here you can find an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with plenty of sea, local fish specialities and Croatian hospitality.

The two-storey natural stone house from the year 1968 was carefully renovated just recently in 2015, and fitted with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living space of 70m² provides a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate guest toilet. The ground floor has an air-conditioned (cooling and heating) living room with a spacious corner sofa suite, a coffee table, a TV with satellite channels and a round dining table with four chairs. Right next to it there is the white built-in kitchen with a two-zone gas stove with a cooker hood, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery. There is a convenient separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and the bathroom. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa down in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed for two further people. The lightly tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A washing machine and cot are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the Internet connection in the house can be used free of charge.

If you do not wish to travel without your pets then they are also welcome here.

The romantic harbour with little fishing boats, as well as stately yachts from around the world, is right on the doorstep. You can stroll along the promenade and treat yourself to freshly caught fish specialities in one of the restaurants. There are a range of shopping facilities. At the end of the promenade behind the marina there is also the nearest beach with crystal clear water.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt quasi mitten im Hafen am "Dorfplatz" und beinhaltet eine Komplettausstattung mit allem was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Einzig Grillenthusiasten werden keinen Grill vorfinden. Das ist aber auch absolut nicht tragisch, da es sehr viele Möglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung gibt absolut frisch zu speisen. Beginnend bei klassischer Pizza bis hin zu gegrilltem Fisch wird hier jeder zu absolut fairen Preisen glücklich. Der Gesamtzustand des Objektes ist als neuwertig zu betrachten. Obwohl in einem Haus älteren Baujahres gelegen ist im Inneren alles zweckmäßig und stilvoll modern eingerichtet. Ein, wie wir finden, sehr gelungener Spagat zwischen Tradition und Moderne. In dieser Wohnung sollte man sich bewusst sein das durch die zentrale Lage eine gewisse Grundlautstärke herrscht. Wer also absolute Ruhe und Einsamkeit schätzt, sollte dieses Objekt eher nicht in Erwägung ziehen. Anhand der Bilder haben wir den Eindruck gewonnen das man direkt aus der Türe tritt und im Hafen ist. Dem ist nicht so. Der Zugang des Hauses erfolgt über eine Seitengasse, was aber letztlich absolut kein Problem ist. So lernt man seine "Nachbarn" auch mal kennen. Einzig die Bäder sind etwas klein, was aber dem Grundriss geschuldet ist und vermutlich auch nicht anders gelöst werden kann. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr sauber und unser Kontakt vor Ort ist sehr nett und hat uns immer in allen Belangen helfen können.”
