If you are looking for peace and quiet, to leave everyday life behind you for a while, and to admire the fascinating landscape, simply getting back to nature, then this is just the right place for you. It is ideal for a fishing holiday, hiking or cycle tours. The authentic, very beautifully restored water mill from the 15th century lies at the end of a valley, on the Agout river bed, in a pristine spot 460 metres above sea level, far away from noise and road traffic, but just 20 minutes from Castres (Département Tarn, Midi-Pyrénées region), with all the necessary shopping facilities. The romantic holiday apartment was completed in June 2015 and is now available to let. It is a one-room studio of around 35m² for two people. You access the apartment through a separate entrance from the terrace into the dining room. It has a fully-equipped and functional kitchen, a comfortable living room sofa and a TV (TNT via satellite). The bedroom is in an alcove, up six steps, with a double bed (160 x 200cm). The special feature is the roof window for observing the nightly sky. The apartment has a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has radiators that heat the whole apartment. Free wireless Internet access is available. The apartment is at the highest point of the old mill, has a terrace with a view of the river and the beautiful nature that the valley has to offer. A grill, a table, chairs and sun loungers are provided.
