Holiday apartments on two floors with a terrace and a shared pool and garden

The residence is in the historical centre of Toscolano-Maderno, so the most important services such as a pharmacy, bank, post office, supermarket, launderette, bus stop, bar and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. The lake is also just a short walk away.

The little holiday residence's guests share the pool and the garden. The apartments are independent units, of the terraced house type, measuring 65m². They are fully furnished and have generous outdoor areas/a terrace and their own basement.

There are free, public parking spaces nearby, about 10 metres away, and furthermore three garage parking spaces, for short-term parking, loading and unloading. Please note that the driveway is very narrow and can only be used for small to medium-sized cars.

Holiday Apartment in Toscolano Maderno with Common Pool

The living space of around 65m² is on two floors. The apartment is fully furnished. It has a well-equipped kitchen corner, a big living room with a comfortable leather sofa, an open fireplace, a coffee table and a dining space with a table for four people on the ground floor. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed (170 x 190cm) and built-in cupboards, a bedroom with a bunk bed (85 x 190cm) and possible extra bed and a child's bed/ baby's cot for children up to three years, a bathroom with a bath and a shower attachment, and a storage room. Please note that the two bedrooms are not separated by doors, but have an open layout. A washing machine, an iron and ironing board, kettle, oven, microwave, gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and espresso maker, toaster, crockery and all kinds of pans and everything you need for cleaning the apartment are provided. The apartment can accommodate four or a maximum of five people. A fan, a Satellite TV, blankets, pillows, a hairdryer, in-room safe and a fire extinguisher are provided for your comfort and safety. All the rooms have radiators. Bed linen and hand towels can be provided at a supplementary charge, to be booked in advance.Outside there is a veranda for enjoying meals outdoors, looking out over the pool. Two sun loungers are available.The garage is also available on request and subject to availability, which is suitable for medium-sized cars. The assignment of the garage is at the discretion of the property. There are also plenty of public parking spaces about 100 metres from the residence.     “Wir waren überaus zufrieden mit unserem Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung. Garten, Innenraum und Pool sind wirklich so wie auf den Anzeigebildern. Besonders der Garten und die Terrasse gefielen uns. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt und schnell, obwohl wir sie kaum brauchten. Lage ist zentral im Ortszentrum von Toscolano, der nächste Supermarkt ca 500m. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Betten waren gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.”

    “Das Haus ist schön, leider sind die Zimmer nicht durch Türen, sondern nur durch Vorhänge voneinander getrennt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls schön, nur sind es keine 300 m bis zum Strand, sonder 600 m. Der Parkplatz ist etwas beengt, war aber für unseren Ford Mondeo noch benutzbar. Es müssen zwei Autos hintereinander parken.

    Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht.”

    “Wir waren über Ostern mit unseren zwei Kindern (2 und 1/2 Jahr) in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Für Kinder, die noch viel am Boden liegen, empfiehlt es sich eine Decke mitzubringen, da der Boden sehr kalt ist. Ansonsten ist das Haus schnell warm, wenn man es etwas wärmer haben möchte. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass alle Räume zum Wohnzimmer offen sind (man kann von den oberen Zimmern ins Wohnzimmer blicken). Für Krabbelkinder deshalb absolut ungeeignet (könnten abstürzen, da Gitter sehr breit). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Der Innenhof ist genauso schön, wie auf den Bildern im Internet. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten viel Privatsphäre. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.”
