Modern holiday apartments in a Scandinavian style with a barrel sauna and a hot tub in the garden, in a quiet, idyllic location right by the golf course

This holiday house is absolutely quietly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac right by the Wittenbeck golf course and provides charming and fully furnished holiday apartments for two to four people. The house is near a charming landscape with forests and the Baltic Sea, between the Baltic Sea town of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn. From each apartment you can look towards the south with natural meadows and forests. The north-facing balcony even affords a view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy relaxing holiday days in a quiet and idyllic location.

All guests are bound to find their favourite spot in the extensive garden, for sunbathing, playing or relaxing. Outside you can find a shared grill area and a hot tub with a whirlpool system and a Finnish barrel sauna, for use free of charge. The balconies and the wooden terraces have garden furniture. There is a car parking space for each apartment on site. There is also a separate storage room for your golf caddy or pram.

Owing to the balanced ventilation with a pollen filter in all rooms, ideal for allergy sufferers, you can enjoy a carefree holiday in any season. You can use the washing machine, to be arranged with the caretaker. A highchair and a travel cot are available. There is free wireless Internet access- You can find a variety of information about leisure and recreation activities in the information folder in the apartment.

You can go on extended walks along the beach at Wittenbeck. Various leisure activities await you in Kühlungsborn and its fine sandy beach. You can also use beauty and wellness facilities and go shopping. Apart from the golf course in a beautiful natural setting, you can enjoy nature on foot, by bike or on horseback, as there are riding stables in Steffenshagen nearby and also Böldt. If you ride with the narrow-gauge railway “Molli” to the east you get to the oldest German seaside resort: Heiligendamm – the white town by the sea. You can also get to the town of Bad Doberan, known for its moor bath and Severin architecture, with the “Molli”. The traditional Bad Doberan racing track is about halfway between Bad Doberan and Heiligendamm, it is the oldest horse racing track in Germany. You can play golf right on the doorstep. There are also a climbing forest and a mini golf course. You can play basketball and use trampolines at the little park between Stadtwald and Hermannstraße in Kühlungsborn, where you can also hire bicycles. There are tennis courts open from May to September in the West district at the Lindenpark. Boat trips start from the pier in Kühlungsborn-Ost. Interesting trip destinations include Warnemünde or Grömitz. The nearest bakery is 1.5km away. All other markets are three kilometres away.

Holiday apartment with a terrace for two adults and a child

This 60m² apartment is on the ground floor. It is modern with a Scandinavian-style décor and can accommodate two adults and one child. The apartment has a cosy living room with a fireplace stove, sofa, table and chairs, as well as a stereo system and satellite TV. The generous open kitchen includes a dining space and is fully-equipped with an electric hob, oven, cooker hood, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160cm wide) and a wardrobe. A child’s bed can be added. The bathroom provides a shower, WC and infrared cabin. The whole apartment has under-floor heating.

The living room has an adjoining, big, roofed wooden terrace.

    “Eine wirklich sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist einfach super. Nicht an einer befahrenen Straße, kleine Auffahrt mit oben gelegenem skandinavischen Haus, machen den Eindruck perfekt. Eine große Wiese mit finnischer Sauna gegen kleinen Aufpreis und einen beheizten Whirlpool gibt's vor dem Haus bzw. vor der Terrasse oder Balkon. Dahinter gleich ein großes Feld oder in der Nähe ein Wald zum Gassi gehen mit dem Hund. Die Wohnung ist sehr herzlich und warm eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sogar eine Infrarotkabine gibt's direkt im Badezimmer. Es ist auch möglich seine Wäsche gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis waschen zu können. Alles in allem ist es wirklich ein gelungener Urlaub gewesen. In der Nebensaison waren wir mit Hund hier und waren mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wirklich zufrieden.”

    “Wir haben gemeinsam mit unseren zwei Enkelkindern eine Woche in der Wohnung Bergen verbracht.
    Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
    Sehr angenehm ist das Vorhandensein des zweiten Bades. Und auch das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
    Wir als Großeltern waren beim ersten Anblick der Treppe nach oben etwas besorgt, da die Kinder oben schlafen sollten.
    Aber die beiden - 6 und 9 Jahre alt - haben das souverän hinbekommen.
    Das weiträumige Gartengelände ist ideal für Kinder und das gesamte Objekt sehr ruhig gelegen.
    Leider war das Wetter nicht das beste, aber dafür kann ja niemand.
    Insgesamt hat uns der Urlaub und speziell die Unterkunft gefallen und wir empfehlen diese gerne weiter.”
