Four modern holiday apartments with a balcony or a terrace, in a quiet location, with the beach and shops within walking distance


This house offers four modern holiday apartments for three to six people and is in a quiet residential area just 700 metres from the beach. The neighbourhood is very green. Selce is a picturesque seaside village with lovely beaches and a crystal clear sea, just 35 kilometres from Rijeka.

The well-maintained apartments were renovated in 2013 and provide free Internet access, air conditioning and satellite TV. Bed linen and two towels per guest are included in the price and are changed weekly.

Each apartment also has a terrace or a balcony with chairs, as well as a free parking space on site. Alternatively you can also park near the house.

It is only about a ten-minute walk to the beach. The way to the beach is about 700 m above the
Street Matkino. Selce has beautiful beaches awarded the Blue Flag. There are two restaurants just 50 metres from the house and it is only about 200 metres to the nearest grocery shop. The romantic promenade along the beach is about eight kilometres long and links the nearby towns of Crikvenica, Dramalj and Jadranovo. There is also a nudist beach, which you get to after a lovely walk through the forest. Selce also has many restaurants, bars, cafés and shops.

Bright Apartment in Selce with Terrace

This 74 m² bright apartment is on the first floor. It was renovated in 2013 and is comfortably suitable for four to a maximum of five people. From all windows you can enjoy a soothing view of the green surroundings. The apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped, small kitchen and a bathroom.
The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the second has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Another sleeping space is a sofa bed (90 x 200 cm) in the living room, which invites you to relax during the day. The facility is supplemented with a dining area and a kitchen corner, which is located behind the dining area and is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The tiled bathroom has a tub and toilet.

    “Die Vermieterin war sehr unfreundlich und mit diveresen Vorurteilen gegenüber Familien mit Kindern vorbelastet. Das wird auch so von der Vermieterin vermittelt. Gemäß Hausordnung ist die Ruhe einzuhalten von 22 Uhr bis 10 Uhr!!! Typische Geräusche von Kleinkindern werden nicht toleriert. Die Vermieterin teilte uns mit, dass wir doch besser in einem Hotel für Familien mit Kindern aufgehoben wären. Allein dieser Kommentar ist an Dreistigkeit nicht zu überbieten. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir von der Vermieterinüber zahlreiche Schäden informiert, die von Kindern am Inventar verursacht worden sind (beschädigte Fernbedienung, Kratzer auf dem TV Bildschirm, etc.). Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Die Stühle am Esstisch waren durch gesessen und die Oberfläche löste sich ab. Die Klimaanlage war verdreckt bzw. wurde nicht gewartet, vermutlich sogar mit Schimmelbildung (schwarze Flecken). Familien sollten diese Unterkunft meiden!”

    “Diese Wohnung ist schön, groß, hell und vor allem sauber. Die Dachterasse ist der Wahnsinn. Man hat einen schönen Audblick auf Krk. Im Sommer werden allerdings die Fliesen darauf sehr heiss. Es gibt einen Sonnenschirm, der für ein wenig Schatten sorgen kann. Meist hält man sich tagsüber aber doch am Strand oder den vielen Cafés/Bars oder in der Wohnung auf.
    Ivana, die Vermieterin, ist ein wahrer Schatz. Sie ist super nett, spricht perfekt deutsch, hilft bei Sprachproblemen mit Taxifahrern oder organisatorischen Problemchen und gibt wunderbare Tipps zum Ort und der Umgebung.
    Die 700 Meter bergan vom Strand oder Zentrum zur Wohnung sind bei Hitze mit kleineren Kindern vielleicht etwas erschwerlich, aber da unsere schon im Teeniealter sind, war das für uns in Ordnung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.
    Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.”
