The red “Igel” semi-detached house is on two floors and provides ample space for a family of five. Its 70m² of living space includes a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, ceramic hob and oven (eco electricity) and other useful utensils for a pleasant stay. It also has a living and dining room with a fireplace stove, satellite TV, a flatscreen TV (80cm, 32”), a DVD player and stereo system. There are three bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a double bed (140 x 200cm), one on the upper floor with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and one with a single bed (90 x 200cm). The daylight bathroom with a Finnish sauna, a hairdryer and towel radiator rounds off the accommodation. Child-friendly stairs lead up to the gallery. The house is fitted with under-floor heating and electric radiators with ecological electricity.

Spend your holiday in nature, on the edge of a nature reserve in the midst of a beech and oak forest, away from through traffic, but still easily accessible by car. This holiday house is suitable for a holiday with the whole family or with friends.

There are hiking trails on the doorstep. There are many tourist destinations and recreational facilities nearby. Discover the romantic little town of Rinteln or the Pied Piper town of Hameln, swimming pools, the Weser, castles, golf courses, leisure parks etc., to name just a couple of examples.

The house has a sunny outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a car parking space. A highchair and child’s bed are available free of charge. Pets are allowed. Bed linen, towels, sauna towels and tea towels can either be hired or you can bring your own.

    “Wat een ontzettend fijn en gezellig ingericht huisje! Het was helemaal ingericht in kerstsfeer en bij binnenkomst stond er chocolade en champagne voor ons klaar.
    De vrouw die alles regelt omtrent het huisje was zeer vriendelijk en maakte een gezellig praatje met ons.
    Wij willen er zeker nog eens terug.”
